I am a solution-focused hypnotherapist providing therapeutic services to clients in the UK.

Why I collect your information and lawful basis

I only use your personal data where I have a lawful reason to do so.

As a hypnotherapist, I may collect information about your health and wellbeing. This is known as special category data.

I only process this information where necessary to provide safe and effective therapy.

You may withdraw your consent at any time, but this may mean I can no longer safely provide therapy services.

Everything you share is treated as confidential.

Any disclosure will be limited to what is necessary.

I keep personal data for 8 years after the end of our therapeutic relationship.

This is in line with insurance requirements and professional and legal record-keeping obligations.

After this time, data is securely deleted or destroyed.

regulators or legal professionals
medical professionals (if necessary for safety)

Any sharing will always be limited to what is necessary.
